We offer a free consultation service and invite clients to view and
sample our range. We are able to meet, by appointment,  with clients in
Guildford or liaise via email or post.
Goods can be designed to suit your own specifications and color scheme
and we specialize in individually gift wrapped products to larger
hampers. We also do bulk orders for catering purposes.

These biscuits have a crisp, spicy, honey flavor and are made from an
old German recipe. They are packaged individually or in 120 g boxes
(plain or chocolate dipped)

This is a dark, peppery version of the authentic Italian delicacy. It
is wrapped the traditional way in brown paper and tied with string then
wax sealed. It will keep in the pantry for 12 months.
Panforte can be served with wine or coffee.

Available as Almond or Pistachio. These biscuits are definitely
moorish and have a long shelf life. They are suitable to be served
with coffee or with your favourite cheese on a platter.

Our cakes are made using fresh dried fruits from Australia when
possible. The fruits are left soaking in brandy for 48 hours prior to
baking. This guarantees a moist cake, which is then brushed with brandy
prior to wrapping. These cakes have a shelf life of 3 years.
Cakes are available gift boxed in three sizes or cellophane wrapped in
four sizes.

Made from a recipe over 100 years old. Puddings are produced using the
traditional method of steaming. The finest flour, fruits, butter and
brandy Australia has to offer are used in the making. After drying they
are brushed with brandy and wrapped in calico.
