This is a dark, peppery version of the authentic Italian delicacy. It is wrapped the traditional way in brown paper and tied with string then wax sealed. It will keep in the pantry for 12 months. Panforte can be served with wine or coffee.

Our cakes are made using fresh dried fruits from Australia when possible. The fruits are left soaking in brandy for 48 hours prior to baking.
